Introduced in 1996 the Continental T was essentially a short wheelbase version of the Continental R offering more power and better handling. The wheelbase was shortened by 102mm (4″) and the engine was now pushing out 400BHP. Other changes included wider wheel arches and larger brakes to cope with the extra performance. Another nice feature which gave a nod to the more sporting nature of the car was the push-button starter.
This particular example benefits from over £12,000 recent expenditure at a highly regarded Rolls Royce & Bentley specialist to ensure it is on the button. Riding on brand new correct Pirelli Asimmetrico tyres and supplied with 2 brand new remote locking fobs (replacements of which are costly and difficult to obtain).
